At Pandanlicious, our pandan chiffon cakes are entirely handcrafted and home-baked to order. Emphasis is placed on natural flavours, quality ingredients and healthier bakes using premium lower cholesterol eggs, homemade pandan juice and less-sugar options with NO PRESERVATIVES used. 

From the Classic Pandan Chiffon to our artisanal creations such as the Pandan Gula Melaka Chiffon, inspired by the classic dessert “Chendol”, to the popular Pandan Hae Bee Hiam Chiffon, inspired by the local favourite dish “Nasi Lemak”.

You can be sure of moist, fluffy and delicious Chiffon Cakes from us whenever you crave for that whiff of subtle, sweet or savoury aroma or if you are simply craving for a taste of home.

Born from childhood memories of family banter around the breakfast table, my interest for baking sprouted alongside warm family gatherings and the comforting scent of freshly baked pandan chiffon cakes, which was always available at my home when an occasion calls for a couple or few.

I have been around the world a fair bit by way of my profession in tourism. My fondness for cakes, in general, continues to deepen as I discover how the smell of freshly baked goods is universal in bringing close friends, families and conversations together all around the world.

Now, my way of starting mornings is accompanied with a cup of coffee, having catch-ups with friends over tea and ending the day with a sweet note at family dinners regularly involving a slice or two. With that same spirit, it is my wish to bring the same inimitable feeling and aroma to your everyday life.
